The Commission'R is head of the 'Real Estate Superhero Syndicate' a highly secretive group in charge of Realtors in the Metropolis of Vancouver. The Commission'R wields the most power of all in the Metropolis of Vancouver's Real Estate. He's part pseudo politician-part Realtor police, nothing gets by the Commission'R…not even Mayor Green or Premier Lark.
