He's a bike riding, yoga pant wearing Mayor of the Metropolis of Vancouver. Often accused of being a bit soft when it comes to talking with Premier Lark and avoiding the ever growing issue of unethical Real Estate practices that are leading to an overheated Real Estate market in the Metropolis. When things get too tough he drops into the lotus position or escapes on his specially made solar panel hybrid adult tricycle.
