Premier Lark runs the province that the Metropolis of Vancouver is located in. She has a permanent smile on her face resulting from years of standing at podiums giving speeches. Unable to break her 'permasmile,' Premier Lark will make you laugh and cry simultaneously especially when she talks about issues related to the out of control Real Estate market in the Metropolis.
